Pre-measured into one pound bags, this quick-dissolving calcium hypochlorite shock kills bacteria and bather contaminants to provide a safe and clean swimming experience. A one-pound bag treats 16,500 gallons! can be used once per week with one of our three step BioGuard programs.

Dosage Directions:
- When the pool is not in use, broadcast Burn Out 73 directly into the deep end of the pool with the pump running.
- Apply 1 bag of BurnOut 3 per 16,500 gallons every other week.
- BurnOut 73 does not need to be pre-dissolved if added to a depth greater than 4 feet and the water temperature is above 65 degrees.
- Swimming should not resume until the chlorine level is within the range of 1-4ppm.
