Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States; however our shipping department is only capable to sending packages to the continental 48 United States. This also prohibits packages being delivered to APO/PPO and PO boxes.

Chemicals and pool paint must ship standard ground. Equipment such a heaters, pumps, filters and other large pieces are only eligible to ship standard ground as well.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that may not be returned include, but are not limited to: cleaners, pumps, heaters, filters, pool chemicals, spa chemicals, pool liners, safety covers, pool & deck paint,  and other equipment. These items will not be permitted to be returned if they have been installed or attempted to be installed. If no attempt has been made, then a return may be requested for a refund of the purchased item.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to certain orders if the returned product is deemed to be in non-returnable condition. A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returned pool covers and pool safety covers. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 days upon our receipt of your returned items.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that all returned orders must be accompanied with an RMA/RGA number for them to be processed. If an order is returned without it's respective RMA/RGA number, it will be refused.
